IN ALL CASES, DEMI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
